Fall is time to celebrate in Duplin County! Famous for growing North Carolina’s state fruit, the muscadine grape, September is harvest season, and just like in Italy — it’s time to stomp the grapes!  We invite you to join us at Duplin Winery’s 40th Annual Grape Stomp on Saturday, September 10th, in Rose Hill.  It’s a tradition not to be missed!

Next up is the North Carolina Muscadine Festival, held on Friday & Saturday, September 23rd & 24th. Over 25 wineries from all over the state converge in Kenansville to showcase their wines and share tastings. It’s our 12th year and we have a fanfare of loyal tailgaters that come and set up their tents, dressed up in costumes providing some added entertainment!  Along with tasting wines, enjoy some great food, music and dancing, shopping vendors along with fun for kids too!  The festival takes place rain or shine at Duplin County Events Center. We’d love to have you join us!
